Hi,
This is being a part of everday activity that there is a full day power cuts in area Kowdanhalli, Ramamurthy Nagar, near KR Puram.
And when we try calling at the BESCOM number of KR PURAM center, they keep thier recievers aside, as of not to attend any calls..
This is rediculous when we have extremely important tasks to do, and no power available and no piece of information as these people do not pick our calls..

Even the complaint desk number of BESCOM, never ever picks up the call..

Can any body kidnly take care of this activity. They are responsible to answer general public of thier concerns.. Not just giving power cuts.

I am a resident of basavanapura, experiencing frequent power cuts and help desk not answering, Government is useless and shameless for announcing power cut free summer in Bangalore, in capable people should not be in power, shameless.

No power supply in Tc palya from past 5 hrs. We are suffering like hell and this has become an everyday activity. Bescom is least bothered. Take this into consideration. We have everyday power cut for 2-3 hrs but today its been more than 5 hrs with no result. No one even picks the call to take complaints or solve query.

there is no power supply in Chikkdevasandra, KR Puram, from past 6 hours. even i called 1912 there is no proper update.they told that they need to get an update.

Hi we have received bill for my house meter today at sunny layout, margondanahalli. TC palya. The meter reader person has put extra 70 nos reading. The bill amount is 2427. Please review this actual reading is for the month is 238 but they billed for 308.
