Bestylish.com — cheating in refund

Hi,

I Placed the order for Rs.1523.30. I received a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS AND CALLS AND AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS, THE RETURN PICKUP WAS MADE. THE REP TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. BUT TO MY SHOCK, I WAS GIVEN STORE CREDIT FOR ONLY Rs.1023.30? The discount code that I used for the same WAS NOT RECREDITED TO the SAME ORDER.

I was told that I NEED TO WASTE ANOTHER 1000rs to get the 500 rs discount. Then I told them, that i was promised several times by your reps that I WILL GET FULL AMT AS STORE CREDIT.... and if thats not possible, refund the amount that i paid to my credit card. They say that it was company policy and hence not possible.

IF IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THEN WHY DO THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL GIVE FULL AMT AS STORE CREDIT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? THEY PROMISE SOMETHING AND THEN CHEAT YOU.

PLEASE BE BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

To my Surprise... a rep from Bestylish called me yesterday and promised that the refund will happen to my credit card account. And today he again called and confirmed that the refund has been processed and it will reflect in my card account by max tomorrow evening. Though there has been a delay, Iam happy that SOMEONE IN BESTYLISH WENT EXTRA MILE to fulfill the promise given to a customer.

Bestylish has very ineffective customer service. Their operations floor has no idea what's going on in the back-end departments. The supervisors and agents talk like they've swallowed the company manual and are regurgitating it. It is very difficult to have an intelligent conversation with anyone there, be it by email or on call. I was told i would get a refund for my order and then they went back on their word. Now, they are quoting the case as 'closed' and will not say anything more than 'we cannot commit to you...' 'we have our company policies..' blah blah blah... I feel very cheated and will be telling everyone i meet about this experience.

I am facing similar issue with be stylish. how are you resolving the issue. I think I should go to court for this, its like a torture, i spent 4500 on buying a show from them and they send me a defected piece and refuse to admit the piece is defected
