Bestylish has very ineffective customer service. Their operations floor has no idea what's going on in the back-end departments. The supervisors and agents talk like they've swallowed the company manual and are regurgitating it. It is very difficult to have an intelligent conversation with anyone there, be it by email or on call. I was told i would get a refund for my order and then they went back on their word. Now, they are quoting the case as 'closed' and will not say anything more than 'we cannot commit to you...' 'we have our company policies..' blah blah blah... I feel very cheated and will be telling everyone i meet about this experience.

I am facing similar issue with be stylish. how are you resolving the issue. I think I should go to court for this, its like a torture, i spent 4500 on buying a show from them and they send me a defected piece and refuse to admit the piece is defected
