Hello Sir / Madam,
Myself is Feroz Ahmed Khan Residng in Igatpuri Dist Nasik (Maharashtra) consumer No. 3715, The gas distributor for this area was "Bharat Radio & Gas Agency", Igatpuri".I booked a gas on 22/09/2010.I have received the refilled cylinder on 18/10/2010, that too we have gone to the godown 2 KMs from City to collect the cylinder. We are getting the same problem every month.I enquired them in person but they are not at all responding the consumers properly and treating us as beggars.Their behavior makes every consumers hurted.All the taxis are running on the Domestic LPG Cylinders used for cooking. Question is how those taxi wala gets the gas for their vehicles & we legal consumer suffers can anyone investigate, Agency is charging 600-700 per cylinder if we need it urgent.We have complained to many officials and also in BPCL regarding the agency.but still now there is no action on them.This shows that we residing in our country as slaves.Now we are depending hotels for our daily food.I am posting this complaint in sake of my locality peoples.Please we people are requesting to take immediate action on them and make us to believe on the government and the indian law.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? |
