Yes not only that branch, all branch are same condition only. Management give commission ( near to 50% amount ) to doctors and ask to send patients to bharatscans. Doctors also send lot of patients there. compare with another scan centers bharatscans charge so cost from patients. so my advice to people compare the rates and take scans and other test. The complaint made by the person(Arul) was not right. Because their is no technicians for an Ultra Sound Scan. And also their will be only one small lamp will be switched ON in the scan room because then only the Doctors can view the monitor clearly to rule out the findings. In the reception they ask to spell the patient their name because if once the receipt is generated they couldn't edit anything in that entry.
i recently had a test for my father in bharat scan which is located in anna nagar near nalli silks, ab-1, 2nd avenue, chennai-40. their report showed some weird figures which shook us badly. there moto is "QUALITY IS OUR IMAGE" actually it should be "GUESSING IS OUR MOTO". why we went to bharat scans because earlier we had the test in our village which is 100km from thiruchy, we got very good results so we thought we can recheck with good one in chennai so we choose bharat scans even though we know that they cost us double the amount, but they cheated us. anyway we had similar test with International diagnoisis center, kilpauk, MR hospital, MMM hospital all gave the same results similar to our native place. only bharat scans gave us the wrong report. we have proof and this is not for pulling them down.
on the day of giving report to us in bharat scans they called us 3 times and asking weird question like why u taking this test, who is ur doctor, when u checked last with us etc. we had tested with them earlier 3 times 3 months before. the last result also came similar to the previous one.

Bharat scans:Tambaram, Thats correct waiting for half an hour to get call from Reception lady, waiting for 2 hrs to get call from scan lab, waiting for 1 hour to get report.so totally 3.5 hrs and report can be viewed online...that is Wrong user id/password.not yet uploded..contact centre..you know the report which is much worst than Mediscan report..one comedy doctor asked us what purpose this scan..here doctor is creminal..lab guy is dump? Tambaram bharat scan is very irritating.Reception calling over a phone is not answering properly.She does not know how to speak.All receptionist are illiterate .They do not know the test name clearly .I called four times for test but every time they told doctor is not available .come after 4 days every time.Management please take a action either bharat scan will go down
Visited the bharat scans Royapettah for USG. The receptionist mentions after billing that they already have 2 patients and it will take 2 hours. I asked why 2 hours for 2 patients, she mentions that, they give "Quality reports". I tried to make mysel[censored]nderstand that may be 1 hour wait time for tests and then 1 hour for reports. (I had to keep asking everything, because the receptionsit never seemed to bother to tell me anything)Then I asked where to go to do the tests, she mentions go to basement. After I reach basement, I see the comotion there. People have been waiting for 6 hours for USG and still people are waiting around 5 of them. I asked where is the token number, the receptionsist are rude and mention you wait for atleast 3 hours. When I question them, their MD comes in(The guy you see in all the photos in their website) he starts shouting and throwing the bills and doctor's prescription around. I was amazed and realy surprised.
I asked them to return the money as I was not informed of this long queue and mostly as I was not happy with the way it looks like. It took me 2 hours to fight and get my money back and then return home. What a waste of my time and energy.
BE AWARE AND NEVER VISIT THAT CENTER.

Qulaity service - Ambience is good and good space for waiting but systems not working and hence reports are delayed. doctors not available so long queue. :) . Now you can predict the quality!
Friendly Patient Care - The most rudest behaviour I have ever seen in any diagnostic center or hospital.
Round the clock services - Yes looks like the patient has to wait round the clock and rather kill himself.
Instant Reports & Results - Go and try it, so many were complaining that they are waiting for reports since 4 hours.
Long lasting relationship - Life long impression, I will never visit them ans ask my relatives to never go there.
I asked them to return the money as I was not informed of this long queue and mostly as I was not happy with the way it looks like. It took me 2 hours to fight and get my money back and then return home. What a waste of my time and energy.

All that mentioned here was right about this center because nobody works out of heart because they do not pay the employees at the right time they pay salary above 15th and it would not be in full they will deduct salary from simple reasons and nobody qualified works there. Whoever works there are just 6 months or some experience gathered by work persons only. Very, very worst owners
I have gone for an Echo Test to Bharatscans, Tambaram, on 14.06.2013 and my experience is given below :
1. Reception Hall is maintained well.
2. Registration is simple
3. Though the Cardiologist came late by half an hour, his attention to patients was second to none.
4. Staff are not illiterates as mentioned in some reviews.
5. The report was given to me in 20 minutes.

Bharat Scans uses the students of Bharat Education and Research Foundation as their un-paid employees, we cannot blame the students as they are not trained technicians.
Bharat scans are very worst they used students for taking tests.They made patients practice for their students
I went to Bharath Scans to take CT Scan for my wife on 13th June 2016, 6.30 PM. I said to reception before billing that I want report by next day morning before 10 am as I have appointment with my doctor 11 am. They promised me that they are operating 24 hrs and they will give report same day i.e 13th June 2016. 10.00 PM. But still Today 16.06, 2016 3.00pm i have not received report. I went in person 4 time and called them many time. They are telling we will call you once report ready.
I don't know still how many day they will take for give simple sinus CT scan report.

I have been getting tests done at Bharat Scans for years now and there was never any problem with the reports in terms of readings or analysis. I have visited both Anna Nagar and Royapettah branches found them both good, ambiance is good, clean and come across well organised. They are people guiding, directing and advising visitors. Staff come across efficient. Bharath Scan has been the 1st to introduce latest technology which means accurate results, reports are available faster and the best part being less painful. Royapettah branch also a designated area for women which has only women staff and ambiance is very pleasant with enough waiting area complete with a small table and chairs set for children. This is the area where women specific tests are done.
Tip:- In case of tests for which medicine has to be given through IV and there is problem with thin veins or something, ask for Devaraj, he is excellent, swift and does the work with minimum pain possible.

I echo the above comments. Very poor service and illiterate staffs. We are waiting for every service for around 2 hours with just 1or 2 patients. This is at Bharat scans, St Peter's road, Royapettah. The staffs are giving incorrect information to all patients and everyone gets stressed. This happened on 22nd December 2016. There is no consistent process and everything is complete shambles. Bharat scans are money thieves. They say it takes 2-3 hours inc. Pre&Post fasting steps but took 6 hours to complete the master scan (GOLD). VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

I have been to their Royapettah centre..recently.. I think the situation is changing rapidly..I have personally met with the staff and the Dr. Director himself... The staff is responding courteously and I dont see people waiting for long to get appointments...
