My mother living in my house and using the gas now has an ADHER CARD . So how can I Change my Connection in my name to my mothers name. Your supply vans are not coming to Adiyappuram area of Thazhekode - Vellappara road. It is now nearly 3 moths since the last re-fill in this area. Whenever a consumer call from this area your salesmen responds the "next week" . This reply is repeated for the last one month. we the consumers of this area get only 5 cylinders in one year.
And we are also surprised that where does these surplus cylinders are going at our expense.
As consumers in this area are in an very pathetic and disturbed mood please try to reach supply at the earliest.

I got tired from this distributor i.e. crystal gas perintalmanna.besides the IVRS booking a call to the driver of the distributing van's driver is essential to get the cylinder.we'll get the cylinder if he is merciful.thouh I have the benefit of only one cylinder even if I have as I am not getting the the gas for a long period after booking.I have the worst experience with this distributor
