[Resolved]  Bharath Gas - Manav Enterprises, Bangalore — Very poor supply

I very much agree with the comments.. Its one of the worst gas agency ever come across.. The employees don't even have manners to speak. Please take some action against this people. You wont get a cylinder even 18 days post booking and calling every single day.

I completely agree. These are hopeless people who does not have any sense how to talk to the customers. I have booked my cylinder from last 2 months and booked every week and not received till date. I am really frustrated and please let me know, if there is any way that we can pull these guys to the consumer court?

I very much agree to the complaint, The workers do not manners to speak to the customer and they deliver to the customer residence if at all they deliver they charge very huge amount. from the past one year the they are not giving the receipt as a customer i do not now what is the exact amount of the gas cylinder. they ask as to come at 6.00 am in the morning stand in the queue. I request the concerned authority to take action on this agency or cancel it.

I am staying near Nagawara. I found Manav enterprises giving service to this area. But whenever I called Manav Enterprises for transfer of my gas connection they told me to come to office after 4:00 Pm to meet manager. So I went there & found staff was rude. manager told me they dont have connection call after 3-4 days. Again I called them but they were telling they dont have any gas free to accomodate my connection & call after few days. I sent query to Bharat Gas online about who will provide gas connection at My area but I think they are also sleeping & not got any reply yet. As I was new to bangalore I enquire about this agency & found that Manav Enterprises are hopeless people. they suggest me dont waste your time with this agency & try for other as they told me If they give you connection also you will face lot of problem in refilling hence I register myself with other Bharat gas agency which is giving good service only thing I have to collect cylinder from their office as I am not in their area. So its good to have something better than nothing.

Dear Sir,

I have booked gas on 01.04.2011 with Shiv Shakti Gas Service, Indira Vihar Colony. I was assured that the delivery of Gas Cylinder will be made within 10-12 days time. I am continiously trying through phone but no body is picking up the phone. It seems that they are misusing the supply and are selling the cylender in higher rate i.e. black market. I feel sorry to say that after completeing 22 days time I am unable to get cylinder from Gas Agency. /Hope you will consider my request and inform me at the earliest either through E-mail or through my Cell No. [protected] and landline no. 27612097.

I went to manav enterprises, mosque road to get an additional cylinder for the connection that I already have and the manager asked me to pay 3200 rs which includes a 5ltr pressure cooker.After hearing this I decided to stick on to one private cylinder that I already have for which a refill can cost around 850rs and dropped the idea of getting an additional cylinder.Very unfortunate we have to rely on such people for such an essential commodity.

I completely agree with the above customer. It has been more than 20 days that I have booked a gas. And Manav hasn't yet delivered the gas. I have called for more than four times everyday the last week to check whether they are delivering. They will say ' definitely today' but won't deliver it.

Even after two years of 1st mail mentioned above, it holds good even now..

*) The delivery boy(s) who come from venkateshpuram act like rowdies and they demand 25 bucks more per cylinder. If we give complaint to Manav, they tell to give the delivery boy the extra bucks for transporting the cylinder. Where is our Food and Finance minster and what are they doing, just collecting some unwanted data instead of looking into actual problems?
*) They also have joined hands with lot of commercial gas users and they deliver the domestic cylinders for commercial purposes.

I completely agree with all the above suffers, Delivery is very bad, I feel that the cylinders are rotated by supplying to commercial establishment, more over the phone numbers of Manav Enterprises are either blocked / un available Ex 32012926 / 25485984
requesting the BP officials to take suitable action

This company employs dosent response properly and they dosent give bill with cylinder

Dear Sir,

I have booked gas on[protected] with Manav Enterprises.#114, SHANTHA RESIDENCY, Wheeler Rd, Cox Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560005, Manav Enterprises now they are charging more per cylinder price is more even as on date price. today myself went the place and buy cylinder they charge me INR 950/-, but in the web site is showing Today's Price Rs.862.50/14.2 kg cylinder, but why they charging more and they demanding us and if they delivery to our place we can give extra that is correct, but my self we are going the place and collect the cylinder so why we should pay extra and why they are demanding us give extra money this is noticed many time this is not a first time many time it happen so kindly requesting you to stop this kind of demanding money with the customers.
