Bharti Hexacom — 3 Phase supply not available

From 5june 2011 3 Phase supply not available to Airtel tower.
Complain no taken from Rseb customer care is -852383 on 5june and 869106 from 10june 2011.
Bt still no support getting from RSEB.
No JAIn and Lineman come on site to rectify the complaints due to that my network is effected from last one week and incur losses upto 10000 Rs.
So pls do needful and send the RSEB team to rectify the compalint.
