[Resolved]  BHEL — DUPLICITY WITH DIPLOMA ENGINEERS

BHEL management on the basis of Mohan Committee and after the recommendation of Justice Rao Committee gave executives Rs 80000 (2.9 times hike) instead of Rs 27750, instead of Rs 23500 Rs 62000 (2.6 times hike) and instead of Rs 8600 Rs 24900 were given which is 2.9 times more. On the other hand if supervisors are given 2.9 times hike then their scale should be Rs 16240 instead of Rs 5600 but the management has taken one-sided decision. Thus instead of Rs 16240 they are being given scale of Rs 12300, while the minimum scale given to un skilled worker at bhel is 11700/- whose required qualification is 8th pass, for a qualified diploma engineer it is 12300/- in this way management has shown utter disregard to DPE guideline and is giving pay scale according to its wishes which is not justified. This amounts to indifference towards supervisors and there is no relevancy inn scale in BHEl.The management has forgotten that under the fresh recruitment persons are joining BHEL after doing diploma engineering. BHEL management is giving higher pay scale to executives by showing disregard to various pay commissions and DPE guideline then it should give minimum pay scale to S-0 in the same proportion,we request with consumer forum to look into the matter and provide teh justice to diploma engineers, who have joined bhel in 2006 or after 2006, management is intentionally targetting them not to be benefitted, management is saying they do,nt require diploma engineers, they have recruited diploma engineers in pressure of ministers,so plz we are looking forward to you for justice.

Really BHEL management have done injustice to Diploma engineers of BHEL.Salary of Diploma engineers should be linear in line with workers & executive.Basic structue of supervisors should be revised & improved.Govt. of india should look this matter & should take appropriate action against poor salary structure of fresh BHEL Diploma engineers.
in new pay revision[protected] diploma engineer getting less salary as compare to worker which is a demoralisation fact for all diploma engineer. The decision should be taken in proper ratio as per the academic qualification.

In 6th pay revision there is highly injustice with diploma engineers in BHEL. Supervisors are getting salary less than workers. It means there is high salary for low education & less salary for high education. What is this? Is there is any rule for deciding the salary of workers, supervisor & executive. There is linearty present in case of worker & executive. Basic structue of supervisors should be revised & improved.Govt. of india should look this matter & should take appropriate action against poor salary structure of fresh BHEL Diploma engineers.
I beeing Diploma Engg in a PSU at Jaipur facing the same problem, after serving company for around 10 yrs I got regularized in 21st march2007.As pay revision was for employees who were on roll up to 31.12.06 woud be getting benifits of revision.Just getting regular after two monts twenty days, I was treated as fresher and with no benefits.Now a helper in our psu who is just handing over water and tea is availing salary of Rs35000.One can just imagine the blunder discripancies in the pay revision.can anyone tell me where to and how to go after it.
India Gov should to take necessary action against this matter. Salary should be fixed in between the salary of workers and executives. it should be same like NTPC and pwergrid like other PSUs

dear you all should to talk with heavy industries and public sector ministry(central Heavy industry Minister).
i think they can do something for u. BHEL is not a poor Public Sector, it can give you the salary as per you mentioned.
but guys b Unite and go through a proper channel. .
