[Resolved] BHUSHAN STEEL — polluting environment

bhushan steel is the most polluted company in india.it is very unsafe to work here.about 200-300 people died from its time of construction.but orissa government has no record about this.it also not providing job to local people.it doesnot expend single rupee for sorrounding development.No pf,health insurance and any other facility availble to its employee.so please look at this matter and if possible inform to minister of steel

it is not clear the deaths due to what reasons so far their can be two issues one is unsafe working practices & another is due to working hazards. If you feel that it is due to working hazards raise a complaint to State Pollution Control Board but in a proper manner. The matter may be raised with Ministry of Environment & Forest if any large scale environmental destruction is going on. You may take the help of Several Ngo as me too is working in the field of Environmental law.
