Big - Bazaar — Cheating the customer | |
Some thing about the big bazar.. these guys are good for nothing .. cheap and mean guys ..They just cheat the customer.. I just want to share my frustration with all. I bought a piece of furniture, the price tag looked attractive . I made the payment and they said it will take one week for the furniture to get delivered .. this awfully seemed lot of time but they said this only after me making the payment ... This happened on first june and I am still waiting for my piece of furniture. 6 days past the promised date and still no sign of this .. Whenever I call the person lifts asks all the information.. says " I will check sir, please hold .." then this guy keeps me on hold till the phone gets disconnected... some times nobody lifts the phone.. it keeps on ringing.. When I managed to talk to one guy he said, sir we are senting this now, it will reach by evenining ..etc . I am still waiting .. Nobody sells "in Cheaper " ways like this guys.. these guys are frustrating me like hell.. Was this information helpful? | |

no service provide against çomplimentry service.no proper customer service provided even after complaint registered to operations manager.

I am sending this mail as I am frustrated by the way I felt cheated by your people in the name of free and complimentary service.No body attended my complaint even when it was registered with the operations manager at that time.Totally disappointed the way these guy handle the complaints.

My experience today was exactly the same as I would that what they advertise And show on the placards kept above the articles are only to mislead the customer. I have been cheated by morethan a couple hundred rupees as I happened to be a non-suspecting custmer. The billing system is always different from the claims made in the advertisements and this is a conscious strategy to cheat the customer. Otherwise, such complaints can not come from everybody.
