i have bought a furniture(DTS4 CHOPSTICK Gls Im GD BLACK) on 07/04/2010 from big bazaar Allahabad. i have been assured by their sales executive that it will be provided within 15 days maximum. for the last one month i asked for my item and the furniture section every time given me assurance that it will be provided withing another two or three days. i have talked to their furniture section they all said that it is not their responsibility to provide the item. when the item is available only then they can provide it. when i asked them what is procedure for complaint they said that you can lodge a complaint. i tried to lodge a complaint to customer care section they told me that you can email to this id. i did email on the their email id [protected]@futurebazaar.com. they replied they will look after the matter.after some days someone called me from bigbazaar allahabad and told me that another 20 to 30 days will be required to deliever the item. when i asked them to refund my amount they called that you can choose some other itejm.Even after more than one month i have not received my item yet and they are harassing me for the last one month.Therefore it is requested that the matter may please be taken into cognigence and some stern action should be taken against big bazaar allahabad. i am frustrated after giving lots of efforts. so it requested that please take appropriate action to settle my grievance.
