Dear Sir,
My Big Tv set top box damaged from 27th day of September,2009. i logged many complain against this matter in there customer care. The customer care officials said that ' it will be attending with in 48 hours'. but still today(03.12.2009) neither come nor phone call received by me. the daily charges of my subscription is deducted every day.
This is not the first time in previous months it was damaged for more than one month.
Therefore i humbly request you that to take necessary action about this matter.
