[Resolved]  binani zinc ltd — non-receipt of share certificate for name transfer

i am holding 34 shares for binani zinc limited reg folio id no 00010740

i sent the certificates for demat it shows on my cdsl account statement but in price column
it states - NOT TRADED .
When inquired with intime share registrars they say it is a DELISTED COMPANY.

I WOULD LIKE 2 KNOW FUTURE STATUS ? CAN I SELL THESE SHARES ?

My father holds 100 shares of Binani Zinc Ltd (Folio No: 0111393). He bought these shares during IPO sometime around 1995. Now how to sell these shares? We have the share certificates.
If Binani Zinc is delisted then what about people still holding it's shares? Is there any way out to sell these shares?

I have 100 shares 24246176 to 24246275 of Binani Zinc Ltd issued in Feb 1995 . Certificate nos. are 244402 and 244403 of 50 shares each .
I paid initial amount of Rs. 7500 at the of application, thereafter no amount has been paid . How I can get these shares dematerialised in my account . H S JALWAN
