Birla Food processor — The worst food processor ever seen!! | |
Hi All, Never ever buy a Birla Food processor. I had bought a Birla food processor in Feb 2009. Within 3 months it started giving problems. Then 3 times their person came and changed the parts. And in nine months span it is not working only. The motor has stopped working. Such a bad product I have never seen. Why people buy a food processor? To reduce the work. share the same feedback like Ms. Sonali. The Birla food processor gives you lot of mental stress as it functions less and needs more serving and repairs, I 5 months with barely use once a week . I have had 4 complaints. The service centre sucks. The response is very bad. If you wanna make life a living hell buy this product.

the product is useless and a waste of money! if they dont listen to my complaints and work on it.. i am planning to drag them to the Consumer courts!

Agree and have had similar experience... pathetic brand total waste of money...no quality and no after sales response. ..never buy
