Birla Plus 5kv silent D.G. Genset. — Complaint of 5kv D.G Silent Birla Plus Generator

Respected sir/ madam,

Jyoti Structures Ltd. had purchased a 5kv silent birla power generator set for the lightning of our store yard in the month of Dec,2009.since last one month there is a lot of technical problem in the genset. We have complained many times through telephon to the dealer at Indore Branch "Selmore" .Address:-To, Mr. Girish Nagar/Manish Nagar,9, Shastri Market,Indore-452007,Ph:[protected]/2538175/4033362,Fax:[protected], mail i.d:- [protected]@yahoo.com.

but there is no response in his side, he has told me that just call to Mr. Abhay Temley(Technical Service Provider of birla power), he will resolve the problem but till today he has not given any proper solution.


After complaining by mail to his head office at Delhi, to Mr. Sandeep Kushwah/Mr. R.R.Gupta/ Mr. Rathi but there is no response from his side also.


Now i am very tired regarding this complain, Please suggest me and give me the proper guidance.


So that we can solve our problem.
