Biz Bazaar — Avaialbility & Delivery of Product

Hi,

I have purchased Refrigerator from eZone on 11th March 2009 and against that I have been given 70 chidiya that can redeemed for range of products.

I wanted to have pedastal fan against these chidiya and visited Kandivali Biz Bazzar on 18th March and on one more occasion after that but the product was not available and I have been told by Mr.Bhatia(store manager) that I will be contacted and then product will be delivered soon at my door step..

They have never contacted me and now its almost two months and 10 days and still I am following up these guys almost on daily basis over Phone.

Please suggest me how to approach this situation.
