I had bought a blackberry 9810 a week back. It was a defected handset so It stopped working. I I had given it to the service centre for repair or replacement they gave a DOA certificate , which I was told to submit to the retailer so that I get a new handset. When I gave it to the retailer he told me he'll replace it in 2 days. Now it's been 5days and still I haven't got any reply from his side. When I called blackberry service centre they said the retailer was supposed to give it on the same day. Please look forward to my request. This is a really pathetic Service of blackberry. My phone is still in warranty. I have not used my blackberry for even a week Was this information helpful? |
