i have a blackberry they are useless you cant recive any mms you cant get internet the batterys on them useless they are ugly you could buy a cheaper phone which would give you less propblems just everbody wants them because they are the second coolest phone to have until you find they dont work poor mans iphone

My blackberry curve which I bought in the first week of January 2011 suddenly developed a white screen and the phone stopped working. I showed the set to the service center who have said that the phone is out of warranty since there is physical damage to the phone which is totally untrue since the set never fell or was subjected to any weight or pressure. The service center is not a blackberry outlet but a franchisee which is why it is interested to treat the complaints as out of warranty.Blackberry may like to note this and take appropriate action.

blackberry curve — Unsatisfactory service delivery - cheating

My complaints would be

1, Redington/ Blckberry service team took full time in replacing my battery and provided me a fresh battery (which wasnt fresh by the way) so that my warranty period is expired and i can not claim for replacement of my battery any more.

2, Your runner told me that it is a fresh battery - but it wasnt

3, I was asked to visit your service center 3 times - wherein i was never provided any solution- After waiting for 2 hours inorder to get to know the status of my battery - I was informed battery is out of stock. - Hence wastage of my time.

4, Tried calling Your customer care no 30 times - no response after long waiting.

its only 1 year of my hand set of blackberry curve , and i have given it 4 times to service , there is a kind of moisture drop on my cell screen , m not understang what the hell is this ,i have using nokia from 10 years and there is not an single issue of complaint , its ok if there is problem in handset atleas give the solution of problem but no ,no customer care help, no reverts of mails third class service and third class blackberry company ,now days a new problem is started in blackberry , i am unable to send sms to any one , for this also no help from blackberry coustomer service center , always reply plz contact to vodaphone care .....close this company if you are unable to solve the coustomers problems...i will not sugest to any one to buy blackberry if this time i will not get the solution of my problem...plz do the need full as soon as possible m very fed of this..

Representative giving heck response in Blackberry service center. I have no second thought to buy blackberry but due to response in service center I will never buy blackberry & never sugget anyone
