BlackBerry India — blackberry style tata connection | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a new BlackBerry Mobile Model no. Style 9670 on dated 05.12.2011 for my wife and handheld is not working properly. After purchase the mobile i request to activate my emails and internet to Tata Customercare and thay advise me all services start with in 24Hrs. But after more then 72 HRS i am unable to access emails and internet from my mobile. Then tata customer care person give me Blackberry Tata helping number for solve the problem. After talk with him they told me there is some problem in my handset and i have to go to show to Blackberry centre in Gurgaon. I am trying to contact with Blackberry gurgaon person but no budy pickup the phone from last four days. Please help me and advise me what to do.
