i ve purchased a detox cabinet from blizz biomed systems on april 2009. it has life time warranty. 2 weeks back my cabinet started burning when client was sitting inside. so i called mr.rangrajan for help. he told me i will replace it with new generator. but he was asking for 4000 rs/- for technicians to come at my palce for repairing.
i did not agreed with him for giving him the money. but 2 weeks are gone and my clients are asking me everyday for operation of machine. As me and my clients are going through everyday loss as machine is not working. At last , i transfered 4000 rs/- on 29th April 2010 at 3.30 pm from nasik via HDFC branch.
now , company people are not picking up the calls, nor responding to emails.
today, rangrajan (marketing chief of company) attended my call and said that we ve called back our technicians from nasik today morning as they need more money.
1st thing, the machine has life time warranty, 2nd is even after paying the said ammount, no srevice from company.
