[Resolved]  Blow hot — Gas stove complaint

I am from Udaipur Rajasthan. I have three burners gas stove. Presently its not working properly. But there is no one who can repair it. Company should provide service also. Dealer is telling to buy a new one.

Complaint is corrected i m also facing problem of poor perfomane of burner of this stove. central part of the burner is melted out no body attending complaint

My 3 burner Blowhot gas stove's glass panel cracked to pieces with loud noice. Luckily nothing happen to my wife. This is the second time it is happening. First time when I made complaint they made me to pay for the new one as like its my fault and we did agree of confusion. Same thing is happening now. Please do resolve the issue.

Hello, we bought a 4 burner toughned glass G-004 Robust stainless steel gas cooktop from G-Mart in Pimple Saudagar Pune about 3 years back. To our surprise, the glass top cracked suddenly in idle condition all across its surface as if it was hit by a very high impact. There was a blast like sound while this happened. Such across the surface cracking is seen when a normal glass it heated to high temperature and suddenly immersed in cold water.
There was no evidence and chance of anything hitting the gas top which indicates something to do with the composition of the glass itself. Why after 3 years is also not understood.

We wanted to let you know that this is concerning and wish that you may like to review this as product complaint. Also, we wish to know that how and where can we procure and get the cracked glass top replaced.

We just bought a gas stove automatic one with 3 burners, 3 moths back and suddenly today morning while making breakfast the glass on the top of the the burner suddenly exploded and shattered into pieces and flew all over the place. Whereas this should not be happening if youll claim the glass is toughned glass.

It was a brand new one, i need to know how this can be carried forward as it is clearly a manufacturing mistake as nothing heavy was kept on it. I need to get this replaced.

Our experience is same as others in 25 days the glass broke completely and the company is not ready to replace the piece though they definitely know that the gas is faulty
It is very unsafe to buy product of this company
I strongly recommend do not ever even think o[censored]sing the stove if given free of cost

I purcheged blowhot gas stove two years back now service is require I asking sevaraltime he is not coming and now he talking unparlamentry language plz take action kindly the most worst service in erath.

Hi Team i purchased the gas stove marthalli branch one month back and i have asked them to give the GST invoice while i was booking the Stove.

Once i made the payment they where saying i will give all those things but now they are saying we can't able to give the GST Invoice and last week my wife went and asked they where threatening her for store men employee and when i went there today they are blackmailing like i done some harassment for their women employee it seems.

The worst service they are giving to customer and they are threatening to customer.

We had purchased 3 burner blow hot gas stove. 2 of the burners are not working, despite of following up for service person, nobody came to repair, instead they are asking to buy new blue hot gas stove.
Never buy blow hot products

We purchased a 4 burner stove from Blow hot and 4 times burner has been replaced by the company in 1.3 months . The quality of the burners are so bad within 3 months of the usage the burner started shrinking and the flame started coming from the sides instead through the holes of the burner . The wastage of the fuel is so bad within 20days new cylinder has to be fitted. Raised so many complaints but no permanent solution. Present complaints is 25days old and so far the burner has not been delivered by the company. Poor response from the customer support they disconnect the line in between. ..bad product, poor service. .. Harish Bangalore
