sir main herroj office ke liya route no-333 see jahngir puri se mukharji nagar jaata hu. sir buss ka time table sahi nahi hai koi buss 20 mint. main or koi buss 30 mint. kee service per hai sir isse office jane main buss kaa intazar kafi der tak karna padta hai so plz sir unka time table baraber samay per kare appki atti kirpa hogi.

blue line bus — poor bus service

Hello Sir,
I am rehman, i am employee of a private company my office is at Ashram . I came my office through bus route no. 405 or 429.on 29 July 2010 i come from my office at 2 by bus no. DL-1P-B-0266.route no 405. this bus does not go from Darya Ganj Bus Stop even i request the driver and conductor to take bus from Darya Ganj. but they turn the bus from Delhi Gate to Ring Road. its their regular habit...to save their time they dont go from Darya Ganj Bus Stop. i m suffering from aurthritis and can not walk long . i had to face problem . i m not so rich to take daily rikshaw.
therefore i request you that you take some strict againest the bus so peaple like me dont suffer any problem.

blue line bus — insulting the passengers + not giving the balance

Respected sir/madam, i am a citizen of delhi and i am working in a pvt ltd company as an engineer.
On 11th oct 2010 I boarded the bus of route no 970 from shadipur metro stnd.
I gave 100 rs note to the conductor ( Who was not wearing the conductor dress), I asked for a ticket for madhuban chowk, in reply he gave a ticket of Rs 10/- + returned 40 Rs/-, i undrstnd his condition as he doesn't have change, so i reminde him dat there is balance of Rs 50/- he said yes .
Before reaching madhuban chowk I asked for my balance Rs 50/-.
In replying he refused by saying dat there is no balance.
I requested him to return my balance but he shouted on me by saying dat i am a lier, he used this word at the front of public so many times.
Then i requested the driver to stop the bus, he stopped the bus and after talking to the conductor he too start shouted on me, but i didn't allow him to go further .Then public came to me by requesting that tthey are getting late then driver requested me to board the bus & talk. then i again requested to the both of them to not to call me a lier.
He put a 50 Rs/- note at the front of god statue and said just pick i[censored] r right so I picked thad note as i know dat i m right, but after dis again the both of them start shouting on me by calling lier lier lier.
they hurted me in the front of public so i ruined that 50/- Rs note completely at the front of them and deboarded the bus at madhuban chowk by leaving that ruined note in the bus.
They insulted me in the bus at front of public which i dnt deserve.
Please take serious action towards them.

complaint about blue line while crossing red light
on 28 june2011, i was going to south ex with my husband on bike.
we stopped at the shastrinagar redlight as the signal was red. when the signal went Green we moved forward but suddenly my husband put a sudden break as a Blueline from front didn't stop while the signal was Red in their side. this bus have alredy accident of my bro before some time at ISBT which my bro have lost him .this bus not allowed and that not have permit so why did not stop now this bus why is continue .

ROUT no221

THIS should be taken very seriously as there were 80% chances of an accident.
