This Problem is since last 2 week, Several Complaints & Reminders have been made to the BMC Offices by local Residents, but there has been no Action since., is this the type of BMC ???, for our benefits. if they do not Perform, why to we elect them just for filling their Pockets.
Hope after Reading they make take any Action, & work for the benefit of the society. considering right of a comon man.

Since last four months the drainage gutters on office back side side as well as rear side of Building Royal Avenue, 160/160A, Dr.Viegas Street, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai Mumbai – 400002 is overflowing due to blockage in Gutter, this resulted chockup in our toilet, all toilet water, dirt started to overflow, spreaded in total office, due to that our total office furntiture, modems damaged and also given office for mosqitos breeding and has become difficult for seating. The blockage needs to be removed on URGENT basis and also pesticide spray is needed. There are hundreds of offices in adjoining building and the danger of Malaria and other dieseses is inevitable.
I have given several complaint to our developer/builder, but they not taken any action, so at last we have to write to you for immediate action to solve the problem and as well as action against developer/builder.

Please spray the pestisides in gokuldham and also at borivali East (rajendra nagar) where hundreds of chawls peoples lives. the garbbage boxes are over flooded and the water are logging wherever. please look into the matter as malaria and dengue like disease are spreading like anything. If your time pass as been finish than look into the matter and take the action as earlier as poosible. Or come for votes than we will show what public is.

Mr. Saghavi. This is Paras Ruparel from K P Fabs, shop owner in the C ward, 34/40, Champa galli cross lane, Kalbadevi. I have made numerous complains about the garbage lying outside my shop. Ref to Mr. Surendra Pandey and Radhika Prasad Dubey. No heeds have been payed. Kindly treat it at priority. This nuisance is lying out since past 3 days. Todays' Mumbai mirror talks about malaria with its causes. We have eating joints in the same area. I hope you understand the urgency and treat at the earliest.

And When your officer comes in the area for inspections they get the tip before you enter and they remove all the things inside the shops. And i guess some of the officers are involved in this because whenever some officer comes exactly before they enter they get the news. So now whenever you come please come secretly that no one knows and you can see the real condition there.

Our compound which comprises of 2 chawls and 2 building is situated Chakki Wala Compound,
New Hall Road, Kurla (west), Mumbai 400070 (L ward).
We wish to draw your attention towards the water clogging happening in our compound from last 2 months.
The drain water is gets accumulated in our compound and it is also entering in the houses of the tenants who are residing on the ground floor.
Such unhygienic conditions have made our locality a breeding house of several diseases. The foul small is so bad that it is difficult to stay in the houses. But the people don’t have any choice and are staying in such a unhygienic condition.
Further, there is one adjacent chawl (Sardar Siddique Chawl) of which the dirty water also passes through the same gutter.
There are around 500 to 600 people affected due to this.
The main reason for water clogging is that the outlet of the gutter passes below the main water pipe line is VERY SMALL and it is around 1.5 meter below the ground…
It gets chocked due to mud / sand / wastes and garbage’s and the water is not passing through it.
The condition has becomes worst for last 20 days. Now there are danger of outbreak of diseases and health problem for the people staying in localities.
We would be thankful if you could instruct the authorities to arrange to clean the gutter at the earliest.

bhagatwadi society — Overflow of gutters in our society
I am a citizen of 132 "A"bldg, bhagatwadi, bhuleshwar, axar bhuvan ,3rd flr,Mumbai- 400002. The gutters in my building are overflooding due to which the contaminated water is flowing out of the society upto the road outside building compound.There is a lot of dirty water around which causes a lot of flies and mosquioes around.
so please do the required help as soon as possible.
