I Ramniwas an account holder (ac no .[protected]) in your Aliganj Lucknow branch went to SBI C-20 SECTOR P ALIGANJ (ATM id S10B[protected] for cash withdrawl ammounting Rs 7000 . Before completion of my transection there was SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS failure . Afterwards has been deducted from my account but I received nothing .

Our bank ATM is situated at Ullagaram, it is "UNSAFE" ATM location in the city becuase of one of the BANK Security person. At the time is withdrawl / transaction he is watching the PIN number and values... The customers have real doubt his is "Security Person " or Not.
Becasue he is sitting inside of the ATM center and he is wearing any UNIFORM or Idendity Card at any time. Last Few months back we are written in the complaint register in this regard. Local police officials knows this issue.
" PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION" AND AVOID MAJOR OFFENCE."

Today I withdrew cash from ATM Id. 1FDHYD29 near the branch Marredpally an amount of Rs. 6500.00 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) but I received only Rs. 200.00 (Two hundred rupees only) from the machine. Remaining amount Rs. 6300.00 (Six thousand three hundred only) could not be drawn out of the machine as the entire amount was not accessible. There were only two notes which were outside the slot and easily accessible. The rest of the notes were not accessible. I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and refund the amount to me/my account.

my father late sh om parkash was holding jeevan akshay of lic India policy no[protected] for rs. 20,000.00 (TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY). he died on[protected].we lodged the claim with your branch at 25 kasturba gandhi road cannught place.we deposited the uncashed advanced cheque with your branch.we were further told to complete the formalities with branch no312 new friends colony.we deposited all required documents with bno 312 but nothing happened.we complained to igms wide token no[protected] .we then again approached branch no312.
