i bought 2 supplements from bodybuilding.com on 1st April n got the supplements on 30th may n this saturday 22 june, it was 2 weeks me using those supplements but i havent seen even 1% effect of the products ... the products were MHP up your mass, which is a weight gainer n supposed to gain 16lbs of weight but during these 2 weeks i havent even gained a single lbs instead i lost one lbs.. at the starting day o[censored]sing the supplement i was 73.150 Kg n after 2 weeks o[censored]sing supplement my weight was 72.450 Kg ... and the other product was DYMATIZE creatine, this supplement also helps in gaining strenght n size but even during loading phase i havent seen 1% improvement ...
