[Resolved]  Bone Rich Impex — Fraudulent and Unprofessional business practice

This is to complain against the company Bone Rich Impex which has taken money from us for the delivery of keyboard and mouse almost 6 months back. This company assured of delivery of ordered products on mail. After more than one month of taking money, they informed that they can't deliver products. We kept on asking in between for the time of delivery but kept giving false promises. We were shocked to hear that and it severely hampered our business plan. We have been asking for the refund since so many months and they never reply. We kept on giving reminders every 10 days on every possible email that they had, but they never replied. We called them on the mobiles numbers that they have mentioned in their site and mail, but no one picks up the call.
One day when we wrote in mail that, we would highlight this malpractice by their company in all the internet consumer forums, we received a reply that "dare we do that, they will show us what they can do". This one statement shows the kind of company we are talking about. We have complete mail communication with them on the issue as a proof of their dealings. Any genuine company mentions at least one land line number in their website, but this company has none. They even don't mention their office address. They just mention mobile number and locations.

This company is clearly a fraud company and possibly managed by a single person Hoshang Vashisht. Do not deal with them for any computer hardware product or anything. Beware of them. They are the most unprofessional company we ever came across. They are also registered on major trade site like Alibaba , Indiamart. We raised this issue to indiamart because that was the site through which we came across this company. On our request, IndiaMart informed that they have blocked this company. We kept Indiamart in loop while dealing with Bone |Rich on mails.
