2. According to the company the order was processed vide their order no BOI26038 and was sent to me through book post from Ashok Vihar Post Office on 12 Jan 12 through parcel no RPKTB2488.
3. The items were supposed to reach me in 14 days to Serchhip, Mizoram but, i have not received the books till date.
4. I needed the books urgently as i need them to prepare for my exams.
5. When i checked up with the company, they gave a very lame response that' humney to bhej di hai, post office walo ki taraf se delivery nahi hui hogi".
6. They claim to have lodged a complaint with the post office but, i don't have any answer from them as yet.

BOOK SHOP OF INDIA , DELHI — REGARDING ONLINE BOUGHT BOOKS
I had perchased 2 books online from BOOK SHOP OF INDIA in the month of September - 2011.After online payment they did not communicate regading delivery of Books by mail/phone. Their customer service number do not pick up after 2.00 clock afternoon.
When they delivered 2 books , one of the book they delivered was very old while they had taken charge of new books.
Their Service and support is really poor.
