[Resolved]  BPL Mobile — Pathetic network coverage outside Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I am a BPL mobile subscriber(post paid connection) for the past two years.When I was on a visit to Ratnagiri, my handset showed no network bars.
After lodging a complaint with the call center of the company, they did not even bother to reply to mail.
BPL Mobile seems to be least interested in improving its network...it was really a bad experience I could not make an outgoing call due to non -availability of network.Call drops are frequent, network congestion are recurring issues on BPL mobile network.
What is the use of a mobile phone when I am unable to reach someone in case o[censored]rgency?
Such is the plight of mobile operators in India, customer complaints are not taken seriously...mobile operators turn a deaf ear.

Another concern is in the last bill the company has charged me 12.36% service tax instead of 10%.
The customer service executive said company has not received any intimation to implement new service tax hence nothing can be done about it.
BPL mobile sucks ...

I stae in Kalwa [W.]. I also suffer your Network problem. Everytime I given the complaint but no stern action have been taken. I gave u some your customer's mobile Nos. for your information & n.a. They also suffered same problem.

BPL Mobile — COMPLAINT THE POOR SERVICES OF BPL MOBILE IN MUMBAI

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to say that BPL mobile is working below standard in Mumbai circle. My mobile number is [protected] I have following complaint regarding the company:

1. The Service centres do not reply properly to our complaints.
2. Most of the person sitting at Call canters are very rude and below the standards.
3. There is no any responsible person who gives proper reply
4. Our numbers are given to the many marketing company and there DO Not Disturb system do not work.
5. We get disturbing marketing calls and they say they have purchased data from BPL mobile.
6. They do not bother the customers as they feel we are bound to BPL mobile due to the problem of number change while shifting the services.

Sir, We request a proper action on company and a system which is pending where we can shift the mobile services without change of number should be implemented at the earliest.
