[Resolved]  Bramco WLL — Doing Fraud with Income Tax Dept & Employees

I know Ms. Shabnam Khanna you are a very big asset that Ms. Kanika Dewan can ever have as you are the head in charge. As well as Mr. Rashid Al Maloud and Mr. Abdulla Hatem you all are very hard working and generous people for Mr. Dewan. Bot you all should b Ashamed of your selves to such a White Lie. Because what I here at home is totally opposite to what u all say in the post or media. My dad will not say to you all coz he is bounded and polite but i m not at all. I will daily post 1 topic about Bramco. so that people exactly get a complete understanding of wht u all are.

ultimately its me and my dad the one who is suffering in ur company. my dad has a car provided by Bramco but dosent even have a courtasy to look at it and my dad dosen't have the money to repair it. he goes daily to the site to work for your company and in return you give this much hardships. oh yes maybe the repairing department is also suffering from the payment issue.Hah... how pathetic!

this is wht u call a multi million company?? well i[censored] want business from each and every thing... let me propose a business for you i[censored] only consider professional talks!!!

Have never heard of Bramco doing such a thing. In fact my friend used to work for Bramco some time back and he has got good feedback about bramco

I was googling the company and was shocked to see this posting. have worked with Bramco and the chairman Mr. Dewan is one of the most honorable and upstanding businessmen I have ever encountered. Even on site they take care of their workers like nobody else. This is clearly a bogus posting from a disgruntled employee or a competitor.

I actually had the misfortune of working with Mr. Sinha on the project mentioned above and want to categorically state that he is an extremely duplicitous character and was not liked at all by myself or fellow co-workers. I'm very disappointed that he would take to the internet to speak badly of the company and my colleagues. He is talking 100% NONSENSE. He is trying to extort money from the company by spreading malicious lies. My co-workers and I are very upset that he claims that we are committing fraud when we are all very hard-working, honest people. He was the one who was inefficient and unpleasant. We are happy he is out of the company and the work place is better. Ms. Kanika Dewan has always been very kind to me and a good team leader. Maybe he has a problem with women bosses. Very unprofessional to spread lies like this. Shame on him.

I worked with Bramco and know very well about them. It was the worst company i have ever worked. I was in qatar branch. Company never paid me salary on time. Although while resigning, they paid all my liabilities. Company had problem with the sponsor and as a result, sponsor deported all the employees like me from qatar and we have a life time ban to enter qatar. To all those who says Mr and Mrs Dewan are big philanthropist, i disagree. In Bahrain, salaries are never paid on time. I can give you a big list of people from all the branches of Bramco who had bad experience. Company has very good prestigious projects but the management is very unprofessional. To all those who are professionally qualified, please dont join this company.

I am working in the company for the last 13 years as an IT Admin, and I am very happy to continue working with Bramco, also have meet with different people from different countries from Germany, Italy, and there is from Bahrain who is working more than 30 years, i have got my experience in the different fields, working for Marble Division, Quarry, Scrap, Aluminium Melting Division, Shipping, Kitchens, Water Treatment, Bramco give big chance to work for the biggest projects in Bahrain or outside of Bahrain, like Durrat al Bahrain, Formula 1, company has enter guinness world records for biggest mosaic from marble, Bramco is my family

I have been working for Bramco since last 14 years and have grown in this company. I have worked directly with the top management they have always gone out of the way to help me in my personal request. They have always respected their employees and treated them as family. Having worked with Bramco is a delightful experience. I have been lucky to be associated with such a good company. Working for Ms.Kanika Dewan has been truly an experience. What he say is very correct.. ask the people who are working with them... Bramco is one of the most notorious companies in Gulf... they mistreat their employees, never pay salaries in time (3 - 4 months' pending is very common, but of course if you are an employee of gulf origin, you will get paid in time and better compare to all other expats)... laborer's never get their visa renewed in time.. shabnam is diwan's rakhail so dont believe her... Kanika and her mother are [censored]3s.. they are with very high attitude and proud (because they are rich) and both these wh0res are known to mistreat the employees like anything...

The company has toiled to give accommodation, food and priveleges to their employees. From the way these comments are reported, is a clear case of extortion and cyber bullying. These people are not Managers; you can tell from their English. The company works by the rules and works in a very straight forward manner even giving up projects if any bribes are involved. They have a strict antibribe policy. Plus as far as tax accusations, large infrastructure projects track all financials of their vendors and ensure all compliances are met on a monthly basis. The very fact that this company gets selected for infrastructure projects shows that all govt compliances are correct, so the above claims are baseless. Itbis ashame that a government site has become a forum to exhibit false information.

i am getting many thoughts at the back of my mind from a long time and i am going to flood the internet "Starting from this blog" by whatever the hardships that Bramco (Mr.Dewan) has given and is giving to my family till Bramco dosen't pay all the money to my dad which he is supposed to get for his service to bramco.

i have studied in the hardest way in my college back in Gujarat, India because each and every day i here about my dad not getting paid for months by Bramco, so in return i had to sacrifice all my enjoyment and start working for earning and study. i used to say all the offensive words to my dad that he is not strong enough to ask Mr.Dewan for the salary on time. I understand Mr. Dewan is a Great Businessman, but that shouldn't be the case to harass the employees by not signing the salary check or paying on time.

well i am an architect now and have opened a small firm in Bahrain with an intention of progressing and developing my business with the support of my dad. but science the day i have put my leg in Bahrain every day i see those hardships with my own eyes which i previously used to here about.

it was all still fine because it was till my dad n i had a least interference in his work. But now day by day it is getting more and more difficult for me to concentrate on my personal work and business. Each day i getup in the morning and here the same about Mr.Dewan not paying salary to my dad and each day my dad goes to work and also "Beg for the salary which he is supposed to get".

"Bramco W.L.L. Bahrain currently is a place for my dad from where he Neither can come out off Nor can stand in that place for a single Moment."

i m writing this letter with a hope that at least one person in the company may here my dads situation and find a soft corner for him. Because i know my dad he says less and works more than required. i dont care what ever the people who ever is in Favour with Bramco will say.
for me my dad will stay a great person in my eyes.

For me and my family Bramco has not at all entertained or treated us nice and so ill continue my posts and share my this post

Today also I m writing a letter to Mr. Dewan on behalf of my dad requesting for the salary and I m sure by the end of the day he will come from the Bramco office empty handed. I'll type the letter below, to show u all how politely we request still to Mr. Dewan for the salary; And how bluntly his GM and Account Dept will reject our letter by not signing it or by saying pill pay later. I dont Understand when does that later come in your office??

Following below is the letter given to Mr. Dewan by my dad.

Dear Sir,
I need my last year 2013 salary, leave salary and ticket settlement money urgently. So, please give me as soon as possible also as we discussed and agreed regarding my salary on 18th Jan 2014 for the monthly basis BD **** salary + *** Housing + ** Petrol allowance per month is not yet cleared.
I started work from 20th Jan 2014 for the P-500 project for 2 months and after that on 18th March 2014 I started to work for cladding work in four season hotel, Manama till present date.
I Request you to pay me salary as above so I can continue further.
