Dear Asha,
You must understand that, it really takes 2 months to submit your application to EPFO from the date of your last working day and 2 months to process it; totally 4 months subjected to your date of submission.
You may refer the below mentioned details which makes you clear about your PF settlement.
It would be better to study the case, before writing such type of complaints to web.

I was working in above company bread talk, mumbai since 01.06.2008 to till march 2011. This company head office in hyderabad.Before leaving there I given one month notice period as per company rule. And there all my yearly leave was balance. I given my notice period hard copy on 26fab.2011 to my branch manager mr. Anthony. I talk to my branch manager mr. Anthony (mob.[protected]) sir can I adjust my pending leave in my notice period and he told ok you can adjust I will inform to hr. In january month also I ask about leave and he told hr people saying they will pay you for your paid leave in feb. Month salary . In fab. They DID not gave any extra salary for leave I just got my normal salary 6300/- And I stop working date 19.03.2011. In that there were my combo of also were there. Before leaving I fillup pf form also in presece of mr. Anthony. And he ask one blanck cross checq also which I have given allready. Before leaving I ask my experience certificate and he told me I has spoken to hr mr. (T.Prasad )we will send later just give your home address we will send at your home and came back my home manipur. From that day to till now I was calling to mr. Anthony sir what happend my certificate. He was replying we will send just wait some time. Lots of time I has ask. Once my friend mr. Joginder singh went to head office hyderabad for collecting his own certificate after wait long time he also.His certificate also they DID not send. Then also I remind to them sir please give my certificate to mr. Joginder I will collect from him that time also hr reply we will send you in leagle way. But till now they DID not send. In last I cotact to hr mr. T. Prasad (direct threw email and I ask about my experience certificate and pf. After three month now they are saying you DID not complete your notice period. I told that I ask to mr. Anthony about adjusting my pending leave in notice period now after three month he also suddenly has refuse that I DID not ask to him. Now they are not giving me my experience certificate nore my pf fund also. Sir if I DID not complete my notice period so they should inform me that time only why after three month. Till now they were saying we are sending today, tomorrow. Before also lots of employee has face same problem. If they are not giving certificate they should give my provident at least. My employ code was 207. Pf no.Ap/52496/208. Sir I am from manipur its so far how I can run behind them now. I has become so frustrated because of this. Cant sleep also properly. Please sir help me.
