Hi all,
We are one more victims of the same saranya - we paid Rs 8000 for the maid/patient-care and the lady(saranya) promised that she'd at anytime 'be contacted if there was a need arising - like change of care-taker or provide compensatory person in the absence of the care-taker...
The agreement was made to send out a trained professional but the one who has come isn't trained and in the same manner - now arising a moment where the care-taker needs a week leave and we called up saranya to ask for compensatory person, but t s unreachable... we are now suffering heavily due to lack of caretaker and really annoyed with the behavior...
as listed above we too also want to strictly take a legal action against this agency...
Customers who need care-taker pls make a thorough background check before proceeding to such agencies - there are many fraudulent agencies...
