I have received this mail given below. is this a fake or real company.

serial number 5388/02 drew lucky numbers[protected], which cons
equently won in the 2ND category, you have therefore been approved
for a lump sum pay out of2, 500, 000 GBP(Two Million, five hundred
thousand Pounds Sterling ).
