Sir/Madam,
Kindly refer to my earlier complains against Broad Win for conversion prepaid to postpaid of my number [protected]. After my complains the executive from Broad Win, Mr Sunny, called from [protected] on 25/04/2011 and told me that he will convert my number to postpaid providing me the same plan i.e. RIL to RIL local & Std both free. He told me that he will do FOC(a plan for RIL employee) on my number for making my calls free and asked me not to tell customer care executive who will call me for verification. Hence my number was converted to postpaid on the said basis.
Now when my bill was generated on 28/05/2011 and surprisingly i was charged for RIL to RIL call local and std both. Even my local calls ril to ril are not free. Further i would like to mention that the Broad Win took Rs 500/- from me and told me that it will be adjust in my 1st 3 months bill in following denomination Rs199 for 1st 2months and Rs 99 in the 3rd month. surprisingly nothing was adjusted in my bill. Further only Rs 250/- was shown in my bill as security deposit and i don't see any adjustment of Rs 250/-.
I again called Broad Win and their executive told me that Sunny has left the job and my plan is simple 199 and i don't have any calls free. and also when i will to pay my bill at reliance web world they will give me a subsidy of Rs 200/-. When i visited kamla Nagar Web world they told me that they can't give any subsidy and i should lodge a complain with police and [protected]@relainceada.com.
I, Kindly look in the matter seriously and requested you take some strict action against Broad Win. i am sending you the copy of receipt of Rs 500/- again so that i can get my Rs 250/- back.

broad win — Reliance Prepaid to postpaid conversion
Customer executive from Broad Win called me many times to convert my preapid reliance to post paid and committed that no local address proof is required as my home town address proof is sufficient for the same,Finally i agreed and a person named Rajat came from Broad Win and take 500 rupees and provide receipt (No.-1141) to me and committed the the connection will get convert into postpaid within 24 hours but till today neither the connection has got converted into postpaid nor i have received the refund and no one picks the phone now.What to do in such case.Please suggest & help.
