Don’t trust BSF Web Solution
After payment they disappear
If you want to buy hosting space or Google Adwords, I would advice to not do any business with BSF Web Solution. They cannot be trusted. The company has stopped responding to my calls and emails after receiving payment from me.
To buy hosting space, I issued them a cheque of the said amount (Cheque No. 154238 o[censored]nion Bank of India). After the cheque got cleared, the company stopped receiving calls or answer emails from me.
A web designer named Paras from BSF Web Solutions actually called me many times asking me to get a website made from BSF Web Solutions. After 20 calls from him, I agreed to first buy the hosting space from BSF Web Solution, as their rates were cheaper. Paras told me that BSF Web Solution is authorised reseller of Ewebguru Hosting services. I doubt this now because they do not mention such a thing on their website.
After giving them the cheque I started calling on their office number. A woman always answered the phone. Whenever I asked for her name, she said it is either Sneha or Rupali or Geeta. But their voices were very similar. I am sure it is the same person in BSF Web Solution, who poses as different women to mislead clients.
These women initially kept telling me that they will do it within a day. Whenever I called the next day, they asked for another day’s time. Finally, when the cheque to BSF Web Solution was cleared, they stopped answering calls.
In case, they answered the calls, they would immediate hang up whenever I introduced myself. The funniest part about BSF Web Solution was that Paras refused to come on the phone. I could not believe that this guy called me every morning and evening when he wanted to take on my website project. Once I gave the cheque, Paras refused to come on the phone.
Finally, I tricked BSF Web Solution. I asked my friend to pose as a customer, who wants to get a website made. He was entertained really well. In the middle of the conversation, I grabbed the phone and asked them why they are refusing to take my calls and give me the hosting package as promised. The woman, who identified herself as Sneha, hung up.
Don’t get lured by their cheaper hosting packages. BSF Web Solution may do the same with you – that is, take the money and disappear. If you still go ahead, all the best to you and your money.
