[Resolved]  Budlapara Tea Estate (Apeejay Tea Limited) — Irrigular Supply of LPG cylinders

Sir,
We are one of the major customer of M/S. ABHINANDAN GAS AGENCY, Authorised Distributor's: IOC (Assan Oil Division), T.B. Road, P.O. Tangla, Dist: Darrang, Assam, Pin: 784521. The distributors code being 5400001. The customer name is : Assam Frontier Tea Limited, A/C Budlapara T.E., Dimakuchi, & our customer number is TA-3125 and TA-3126.
We regret to inform you that we are not getting any supply of cylinders for the last 2 months. Last received was on 28th july'09, when we received 60 cylinders.
After that when our person had gone to the above agency on the 1st week of Sept'09 for booking, the owner of the above agency had refused to book our requirement & said, he needs to speak to our head clerk regarding the same. Again we had sent our person during the 2nd week of Sept for booking, still the same reply was given to us. When we tried to personally contact the distributer, we were told to contact the Owner of the agency. Atlast I had to send my head clerk to the owner of the above Agency & to our surprise he started abusing our head clerk telling him that we are not paying him the transportation charges till the garden so that is the reason he will not be able to further supply any more.
Sir, on this I would like to inform you that the last Price of LPG including transportation charges was fixed at Rs. 340/- & we are paying him that. Then when our Hd. clerk appraised him of the same, he had no answer & said he will look into it. Today is 3rd of Oct'09 & still we have not received any cylinders yet. Last booking (after all these unnecessary delays) was done on 23rd of Sept'09. All others in the area are being supplied of the LPG cylinders except us.
We are unable to understand, why this personal enmity, why this harrashment??? All our staffs were planning to go to him but I had stopped them convincing that I will be complaing this to the consumer forum.
Sir, We earnestly request you to kindly advice us what to do in such situation & also tell us alternate distributers from wher we will get better customer care & treatment.
