builder/M/s. Farzand Ali & Sons., — prolong delay in letting the tenants the flats

M/s. Farzand Ali & Sons., has taken up the reconstruction/redevelopment of old building in 2003 at Byculla, Central Mumbai - promising to return developed flats to old occupantents as per the norms within 18 to 24 months, however as on date the flats are incomplete with basic neccesity, moreover the compensenation was Rs. 3000/- at the initial stage nor has been increased as per the present trend and not paid from October 2008, building is incomplete with no lifts, entrance passage, compound wall etc... We do not know as to when the building will be completed All the tenants are faced with lot of difficulties.
