Cube Software Pvt. Ltd — Misbehaviour

Yesterday i am travelling in blue line bus from Sec. 53 Starting Point to Kalindikunj Rs. 7/= but conductor told me Rs. 10/= ticket when i refuse to give Rs. 10/= he misbehave with me and threating for beating. Please suggest what i do. Bus no. is DL-1P-B-4723 Rout No. 34 & conductor name is ANIL.

C Cubed solutions has been around for more than 10 years and steadily
growing. If they were not doing something right they wouldn't have lasted
this long. I heard now they do medical billing in Chennai and tech support
which is their own business. From one office they now have about 4 or 5
offices in 3 or 4 cities. Like other BPO's they have reduced their client
dependent traditional call center business. Having multiple offices in the
US is good thing, know? I don't know many companies that do. Plus I've never
heard them laying off people or losing any client.

I agree to what mildybutwildy said above. It's one of the worst and fraud company that I've ever seen in my life. Poor US citizens are getting cheated everyday here. Now they have about 4 or 5 offices in 3 or 4 cities from fraud money. They are 100% cheaters in the world. My experience in that BPO was terrible. I'm sorry, I had to cheat many of the US/UK customers.

IF there is a company cheating customers, think of it yourself, will they be able to grow and be successful the way the company you are talking about is? I think that this is a genuine company doing well if they are to have 4 or 5 offices in 3 or 4 cities. This company is growing steadily with good pace.

If you were an employee terminated for some reason, please don't write against the company. Think of what you did, I'm sure you deserve what you got.

This company has grown in India by sucking the hard earned money of its own employees by imposing numerous fines. Why is the attrition rate so high? Why 7 out of 8 guys from my batch resigned after completing the 7 months bond period?

Also, C-cubed saves a lot of money by using pirated software of Microsoft Windows and Office. Tell me if it isn't true?

A company/employer can keep original certificates of an employee only for verification purposes for a limited time period say two to three months not beyond.

As per the provisions of Indian Penal Code retention of Original Certificates & Mark List by the Employer is a Criminal Offence punishable under Section 403 [DISHONEST MISAPPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY], 406[CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST:]& 420 [CHEATING:].

Dishonest misappropriation and conversion of moveable property to their own use needs to be proved under Sec 403.It is the same case with Sec 406 & deception needs to be proved for Sec 420.

It is advisable to talk to the employer regarding return of the originals failing which one can give legal notice. The non compliance of the legal notice can entitle the employee to get a FIR registered.

SO BETTER BE PREPARED CAUSE M SPREADING THIS TO EVERY ONE I KNOW WHO WAS EITHER CHEATED OR SCAMMED BY C CUBED SOLUTIONS PVT LTD..

I have worked here for 4 years but the company doesn't recognize your hard work they will treat you like as a footbal where ever you showed your performance you will kicked out that area...my boss Saikarthick sir..I respect him a lot.. once he moved out of OTS.. the total business procedure has changed.. Dennis he is one of the Dump he knows only to scold people...Sonam & pritam Sir are good..And TLs of Bangalore..Sandeep, sailesh patil, those 2 guys are [censored]ing Gays.. syed he is one of the talented guy than trangender monkey Sandeep..In coimbatre Subash and Vinoth are freaking Tls...vinoth dosent know how to answer higher officials if there is any issue he is a nump., , Jagadeesh a second trangender trangender in Coimbatore.. please do change your working style Mr.Arvind.. he is not at all fit for manager position.

No I'm working here in Chennai.We've super Trainer Vijay(VJ Vince) and he's training us Great... Also Varun gave gud Training along with mentoring. Till now we're feeling Comfortable with C-cubed Solution and it is going Good.. I'll update after 3 months again about the Company... Till now great

For all those people who think this company is bad think again try another BPO and trust me you wont find the same freedom u had here in this company and also you get some great people at this place at the same time you find some dogs who think too high of them self's and try to over do there thing and have no professionalism too they seriously have to learn how to not chuck there attitude around for no reason and hmmm lets see pay is bad work culture is okay but the freedom is bad i swear and its worth working there for that i swear but i wish the management try giving chances for other agents to grow and learn instead of sticking on to few people to run the place over there and please quit it with the dlop and lops man if you just provide us the weekend off's who will even think of quitting work even we endure stress let me from the work place and our professional life's if you want the work done properly treat and look after your staff and trust after that just see the differences man

people like varun, raza, mansoor, allwyn are peace full people they might flip at times and [censored] around with you and force you to work when you want skip work or even mark you dlop's or lop's for not coming or might go personal or talk rubbish too to screw you but just imagine them what they go through answering other people why the work was not done and stuff

Learn this lesson and you will survive in this company

Stick to your closest friends and and ignore the irritating you find there and your fine and learn who to trust and who not to trust

I worked here for 3 months. Around 150 people were selected along with me for a process. Within 2 months 140 guys were already gone and the rest 10 including me stopped working the following month. Just imagine, why would so many people resign within such a short period. DLOP- Double loss of Pay. Stagger- Extra work which is assigned all of a sudden at the time of leaving and therefore you cannot leave on scheduled time.

All are from the Guys who were knocked out due to poor performance.

I worked in this company back in 2009, in my tenure of almost 2 years i made good money in here, people are friendly and helping natured. never had any sort of discomfort with my work. even i took a leave for almost 2 months due to an accident they welcomed me back with a warm smile. I'm always a perfomer and was recognised for my work with certificates and incetives multiple times.

I dont know if the management has changed or what happened to see such bad review on the company
But i will say that this place made me a seller and for the position that i'm in, i thank my team of C Cubed.

it totally depends on you if you are really interested in the work. and how dedicated you are when it comes to your growth dont blame any company it depends on you

I believe there are some jerks who were given an opportunity in this company and never took it seriously.
