CU Marketing declared fraud company refund not received by us

Hello, My father had invested 50,000 in CU Marketing in the year 1998 it was declared fraud company we've still not received a refund. Looking forward for the same. Jennifer

We have invested money in C U Marketing in 1999 .it is fraud company .so When We will get refund What is court Order give case No .WE had submitted docs.to CBI office .

My Old helpless father invested his lifetime savings in CU Marketing Company which was owned by Uday Acharya. The company was running a Ponzi Schemes who did fraud will thousands of investors. The case is still pending in Supreme Court and 40 properties own by Uday Acharya is not let sold and in today's time properties estimated values is more then 500 cores. We want our money with the calculated interest.
Its an Appeal to Indian Government to resolve the case at the earliest and return the money so my father can survive his old age life.

Please update me with the progress of this case . I would request the Judge of Supreme Court to bring this case to closer as soon as possible.
