I am Jot Singh Booked cylinder on 5th of Feb, 2010 from Cactus Lily Enterprises New Delhi the person on counter told me it will be delivered on 8th but till 17th Feb it is not delivered and I am calling daily they told me every time it must be delivered today and today I am trying to call again today but phone is ringing and no body pick up the phone. Finally I could not contact to them today. Kindly take some necessary action against this agency.
