[Resolved]  Calcutta Telephones BSNL Broadband — Non receiving of required speed of 2 Mbps

Sir,
In spite of several phone call and written complaints, no action has yet been taken to improve my broadband speed though Calcutta Telephones inform me with a letter claiming for the same.
Hope the defect will be rectified soon.My Telephone no is [protected].

FROM LAST 5 MONTH WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY CONNECTIVITY FROM BSNL BRADBAND SERVICE, BUT WE HAVE TO PAY 3000/- RUPEES PER MONTH. INFORMED LOCAL TELEPHONE EXCHAGE SEVERAL TIMES, ENGINEER VISITED SITE BUT THE RESULT IS SAME. ONLY FOR THIS REASON WE ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM ON REGULAR BASIS. In spite of repeated complain in the local telephone exchange(Bramhapur Telephone Exchange) I have not got any result.

So it's my kind request to you that please look into this matter I am being harassed by this delay.

I have been using the BSNL landline for last twelve years or so and is a bonafide custromer.I didn't find any problem in the long period . I opted for a broadband connection in sometimes of mid 2006.I was offered it and was getting very bad connectivity initially. After lots of complaints for a period of one and half year my broadband connectivity was restored and now I am getting exellent connectivity. But I was offerred a free telephone line for my broadband connection. After lots of hiccups and complains I was given the free land line which is operational only with BSNL IT Card. It allows incoming though.But the problem is that the new line is often dead and does not give any dial tone very often. The no. of the new land line is 2673 3106. If you think yourself anyway responsible for this problem please restore my land line connectivity. I am busy in some government work and have special link in print media of Kolkata.I need the land line connection to be alive desperately. Please feel free and don't hesitate to call me in[protected] for any more query and help. Hope for an early action for your end.
Yesterday, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of my land line (no.[protected] under Nabagram Telephone Exchange which comes under the jurisdicgion of Serampore Telecom Circle.This land line was given due to my broadband connection and is operational only through the BSNL IT card.In my last two years experience in using broadband, I can only say it is a horrible experience.Neither link nor speed is ensured. Very recently the link is coming in the modem very quickly and broadband is giving a fine response, but the phone no. which I mentioned earlier is giving me a tough time. Moreover, I have a mobile connection of Excel no. [protected].On 01.07.08 I made an SMS for taking the excel p benefit for two BSNL nos. for slashed tariff.I made a similar complain yesterday, but it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!). I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong. Hope(that's what only I can do now) for an early action from your end.

i was buy one moderm from bsnl and it was made by HUAWEI company and model no is smart AX MT841 and now bsnl staff can not make it active so can u help me to configure this device?

From last 5 days I cann't do any work with broadband. Here link failure error is showing whenever I want to connect the line.
I am facing huge problems without the connection.

Before that last week I had also done complain by mail and also complain by phone. But no response is there.

While i am away from my home, my dad tried applying for BSNL Landline + Broadband Services from Bhatpara exchange(North 24- Parganas).The lazy and useless people in that exchange made my dad and brother visit them too many time and at last too my surprise they replied that since they do not have connectivity in my area they cannot provide the services.Which century are you people living in? I know that few of my neighbours hold BSNL phone and other services so how it can be different for us? Come on BSNL...move your or else you will be thrown out of the market.
Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I have started to use your unlimited broadband facility from Sept.08.However, though the bill as viewed by me in the internet shows that my last payment date is 3rd November 08, yet I didn't receive my bill till date which is 31/10/08.If this is the quality of the service provided by you then I will have to think seriously about discontinuing your service and opt for others.I hope that you will send the bill with a new due date which will enable me to pay the bill in any of your collection centres and rectify the above malpractice which seems to be becoming a norm.Even I can't download the bill from the internet as the barcode is not available.
