Sir,
i have booked by taxi through the new luxury TAXI TAXI believing on their add that they would give proper service. yesterday i had booked a cab at around 2 pm they had confirmed that they will send the cab by 2.30pm. when i had called them by 2.35 they very casually say that they have free cab now. if this kind of service is being offered by them they will soon vanish from the market.
