This complaint is regarding my full and final settlement from Campus EAI, I had joined this organisation as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT on the 20 May 2013 and was made to sign a 2 year contract with the company but due to an accident had to take a leave from June 10, 2013 due to a leg injury, all the scans and the X-Ray reports were sent to the HR and the manager there and then after the X-Ray was done and was being clearly communicated that as soon as I get well would rejoin the company. After I got well I communicated the same to my manager and she told me to join from the July 1, 2013 , to my surprise I was made to resign from the company and was told that the final dues would be settled after 45 days it has been more than 2 months now, there has been no communication from the company after repeated calls.
