[Resolved]  Canadian Pharmacy — Poor Product/Service

I purchased medication on line with Canadian Pharmacy. They promote themselves as the #1 online drug store. The medication was shipped with no problem but when I received it, it was not labeled and appeared as if it was maufactired in my neighbors garage. What's worse is I believe it was not even authentic and was probably some kind of placebo. Now they are constantly sending me emails trying to get me to reorder. At the bottom it says if you wish to unsuscribe contact our support department. When I do that they don't remove me but send me EVEN MORE email. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM CANADIAN PHARMACY.

I agree with Bill. Canadian Pharmacy is not a legitimate company. I recommend recording numbers you get calls from with date/time and any other information they give you. They will relentlessly call you, so how I try to fight back is by turning all the data I'm collecting over to the proper authorities. I recommend you do the same. The more people who participate, the better the chances of bringing down this company.

Canadian Pharmacy sells their drugs from Canada but they are manufactured in India. All callers have had indian accents in my experience. They will sell medications that are normally illegal to sell without a prescription. They have a couple irreputable websites that sometimes change. Some examples include: canadianmedication-online.com (inactive), rxmia.com (active), and reliable-tablet.com (active). You can tell these are fraudulent for a couple reasons. One is the name of the company does not match name of the website, and they also have no mailing address or address of their corporate headquarters. Not convinced? Search for any major pharmaceutical company, I'm sure you will be able to find an address.

Another company to watch out for is Canmen Health Pharmacy. Their web address is canmenhealth.com. This company has even less credibility. They are located in Mumbai, India and claim that they can sell medications at a lower price by buying them directly from the manufacturer. Canmen Health is somehow affiliated with Canadian Pharmacy, the details of which I will not post. They came up with two fake purchases I made. I know they are fake because first and foremost I didn't purchase anything from them, but second they only started calling me years after the first purchase. Furthermore for the dates they mentioned they don't have my current mailing address. They also claimed to be registered with BBB.org, but no such company comes up after a search of BBB.

Instead of getting angry with these companies, get even. Collect information and feed it to the proper authorities. There are many ways to go about this but here is one to get you started. http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/consumer_alert.htm
Bill's complaint gets 5 stars. Canadian Pharmacy gets 1 star.
