Horrible service!! I had bought a set of sofa from this shop. Though it was delivered on time, after an year a part of the sofa started pealing off. When I complained to them about this they agreed to send a carpenter. Carpenter called us on a week day but we were not available then. After then even after repeated calls the carpenter never came for repair. Every time you call them they just take the address but never send the carpenter. They have a unique method of handling customers calls we have to call only the sales person who sold the product to us!!! no body else would care for the customer!!
