[Resolved]  Ceasefire Industries Ltd. — Non-payment of Salary and Incentives

Dear Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint agains CeaseFire Industries Ltd. As I worked there from 5th Feb 2007 to 29th Jan 2008 with employee code E02125. They holded my December and January Salary for non-achieving of target for December month and forced me to resign before one year completion, and They also holded my incentive of 30, 000 of Nov. month which was based on my month performance. This is becouse the said you have not collected the amount from clients which was later on paid by the client. I don't know why They are harrasing me but no one gives me positive responce, I talked to my Business Manager about it, He said We have clause in appointment letter regarding this but no one made it clear. Please Suggest.

this kinds of things keep happening in Ceasefire Industries...Basically in Ceasefire Industries most of the Managers in the higher level are from the frontline level...they were made managers simply because they had achieved some sales target. As a result they lack managerial skills in a very drastic way..even after becoming a manager, their attitude don't change..they still act and behave like a frontline sales executive and not like a manager..These Managers dont have any big ambitions in life to do big..they stay back in Ceasefire for their whole life because they know that once they leave ceasefire, they will be recruited as a sales executive in other companies...i bet, even a manager with 10-15 yrs of experience in ceasefire will be sometimes rejected even for the post of sales executive in some other companies...
I have also come to here that managers use to funnel this hold salary into their own kitty...
Yes, these Managers who doesn't know how to talk their own customer's and their subordinates are having some good plane that "Use people till end and throw them out before 1 year" so they don't need to confirm them and they will get their incentives and their own salaries with the new customer list and sales.

Yes indeed there are some error in ceasefire-i worked as a management trainee (mumbai andheri) and it was so horrifying that most of the new joiners left within few months.The creepy moment was when my team leader itself told to leave this company as this is not at all a GOOD COMPany to begin with.There's a guy name MR.Zameer -who call himself a general manager-a manger who #### dont know hw to talk with a normal guy -you literally cant buy a conversation with him (tapori language). Mr.Zameer is good in one thing (how to de-motivate), he'll bring hell out of every simple thing.. Mr. Zameer #### urself bud and stop call urself a manager .U #### dont deserve to be in that position.Worst company ever worked with...
