It is really surprising that in spite your repeated pursuance no action being initiated by the respondents. I am unable to understand the reasons behind disclosure of a copy of calculation statement as prayed for my examination & record. The calculation sheet is not a secret or confidential official paper & by releasing the same will tantamount to a danger for the safety of the nation. Reasons for concealing / reluctance for furnishing for a year is however doubtful.
Keeping the above in view, I would like to request you to pick up the threads at root so that case be closed with out any further delay. Thanking you once again,
