Respected Sir,
After submitting the application on Dt.09.11.2010, still now new meter has not been replaced with OLD FAULTY METER.After givinig a number of visit to UNIT-2 ELECTRIC SUB STATION(nearly 30 visits)regarding the above but the result is same.During last three visit on Dt.25.05.2011(for electric bill payment at UNIT-2 ELECTRIC SUB STATION AS DIRECTED BY SDO) it was conveyed to me by JE that meters are avaiable with us and it will be replaced tomorrow possitively.
I have never been a defaulter regarding electric bill payment.
On the view of the above you are requested to supply a new meter for which I will be obliged.

Sub: Request to reexamine the meter in my house and find faults related to excess billing
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I shri Prasant Kumar Sahu tennat of Smt. Jasmin Panda, Plot no-36, Som Vihar, Atala Gaon, Balianta, Khurdha beg to state the following lines for your kind consideration. At home, we have only two fans and a refrigerator. As I am a working professional living single with my mother, consumption of electricity for television is also limited. along with, we do not have AC or any other sophistic electrical device. Still, the monthly electric bill is around 1000 rupees. I suspect something wrong with the meter.
Hence, I therefore request you to be kind enough to take necessary steps to reexamine the meter and replace it if there is any fault.
Prompt action is highly solicited.
