I have booked Gas through SMS in the month of July 2012 Consumer No: 31904 , For that they have replied me on 3.9.2012 , my Refill Booking 439827 Cash Memo 627 generated......... Till now they didnt supplied Gas cylinder to me. If we cal the agency by phone, they are not at all picking the cal, and no Response from them... we always used to get the Computerised reply.This is not new, every time they used to do the same thing whenever we call them...Kindly take neccessary action to supply gas cylinder ...... This agency m/s. Chandra gas agency is taking more than two months to supply cylinder from the date of bookingTheir agents/deliveryman says our booking is cancelled and we can report anywhere.
the staffs also nor listining to our request.This agency always delay in supplying cylinder.
