[Resolved]  Chawla Electronics — Duplicate Invoice

I have bought a new LG make double door Refrigerator for my marriage from M/s CHAWLA ELECTRONICS (3775,Near Over Bridge,Netaji Subhash Marg,Darya Ganj,New Delhi-110002) on 03/may/2011having invoice no - 707 .

Somehow the Invoice got misplaced and i am facing some problem in the refrigerator and when i ask Chawla Electronics to issue a duplicate invoice for my Product .The sales guy (Mr. Kailash ) said that according to their companies rules and regulations we have to pay a sum of Rs200 for a dupliacte invoice .

So you are erquested to pls help me for the same.
