Ring the door bell of any resident to know the reality about the builder. The builder has changed his name from ABA Builders , Meriton Group to County Infrastructure. In the advertisements of Cherry County, they are no where mentioning Orange County or Olive County. The reason is very obvious.

The construction work in Olive County has stopped and all the investors are running from pillar to post with no one ready to give an answer.
Nothing against the builder personally but Cherry County is a risky property to invest in as it has very little chance of getting completed.
